About Me

Guido is an alias I got from Father Guido Sarducci
and have been
using it since my BBS days in the late 80's. For those of you who don't know what a BBS is,
it's what computer users hung out on before the
Internet became what it is today.
I first started riding ATC's and motorcycles when I was about
10 and I
bought my first quad, a Suzuki 230 Quadsport, in 1988. I started racing in 1989
on my '89 Banshee in Lake Geneva, WI and I saw
Doug Gust for the first time. I had never heard of him before that night but
he easily smoked everyone. After that night, I knew I wanted to race
a lot more motocross. Unfortunately, I stopped racing in 1992 because it
was time to go to college. I have done most of my racing at Motosports Park in Byron, IL and
raced a few times at the Lake County Fair, IL and Lake Geneva, WI. In July of 1997, I
bought a 1990 Suzuki 250 Quadracer and fell
in love with riding and racing again. Since then I have had another
Banshee, two more Quadracers, Z400, and now a Yamaha YFZ450. Thanks for checking
out my site and be sure to check back for new photos and features.
