1990 Suzuki 250 Quadracer Project

This is actually a photo of my old 1990 Suzuki 250 Quadracer torn down to the frame. I forgot to take a photo of my newer Quadracer frame before taking it in. Both frames are the same year and were in similar condition.

This is the frame right after I got it back. I decided to get it powdercoated yellow like I did my 1989 Suzuki 250 Quadracer. Eventually I will get some blue plastic so the colors will be reversed from stock. Overall I wasn't very happy with the powdercoating. It was not very thick and you could see a little bit of the frame in parts. I was lucky to ever get my frame back so I'll get it repainted again in a year or two.

The horizontal part of the frame that is in the middle of the photo was added along with the gussets to strengthen the front end.	These gussets were added just below the part of the frame that was added in the photo on the left. I ended up having to cut the gusset on the left though in order for my Paul Turner pipe to fit.

These gussets were added to the back of the frame where the rear part of the seat clamps in.
